Information you provide
If you use the contact form or email Celadon, the company receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, role, timeline, and message. It is used to review and reply to the inquiry, assess whether Celadon may be a fit, protect the form from abuse, and maintain necessary business records.
Website and analytics data
The site may process basic technical information that web infrastructure normally receives, such as IP address, browser, requested page, referring page, and request time. Vercel hosts the site and may process this information for delivery, reliability, security, and cookieless site analytics.
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select Accept in the analytics banner. If accepted, Google may set analytics cookies and process usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device information, and referral or campaign parameters. Selecting Decline prevents Google Analytics from loading through this site. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under cel-consent; clearing site data resets it.
Service providers
Celadon uses service providers only for operating the site and handling inquiries. These currently include Vercel for hosting and infrastructure, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Google Analytics for consent-based measurement. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. Technical logs and analytics data follow the applicable provider settings and retention terms. Celadon does not sell personal information or publish contact-form submissions. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the site or company, or to service providers acting on Celadon’s behalf.
Security
Celadon uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to this small corporate site. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not submit sensitive personal, health, financial, regulated, or client-confidential information through the general contact form.
Your choices and requests
You can decline consent-based analytics in the banner, clear browser storage to reset the choice, or use browser controls to restrict cookies. To ask what contact information Celadon holds about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email hello@goceladon.com. Applicable rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions.
Children and changes
