Typically 2–4 weeks at a fixed fee of $15,000–$40,000, depending on the number of candidate use cases and stakeholders. Every Sprint delivers an evidence-backed build/no-build decision with written reasoning, business and readiness evidence, principal risks and assumptions, and a costed next step. Only broader multi-candidate Sprints toward the upper end of the range include a ranked opportunity map, architecture blueprint, evaluation plan, and phased roadmap. A fixed fee of $15,000–$40,000, set before work begins based on the number of candidate workflows and systems involved. If you proceed into a Celadon Build phase within 90 days, the Sprint fee is credited in full against that first phase.
No. Every phase is scoped and priced on its own. You can stop after a single Decision Sprint and decide from there, including deciding not to build. We would rather earn the next phase than lock you into one.
Pricing depends on the offer. System delivery is fixed fee by phase: Decision Sprints are $15,000–$40,000; Build phases typically $75,000–$150,000; and Operate is $5,000–$15,000 / month. Capability work is independent: Adoption is a fixed-fee $20,000–$60,000 program, while Advisory is $5,000–$12,000 / month. The exact fee and scope are agreed before work begins.

Two things are monthly and optional: Operate ($5,000–$15,000 / month), a defined managed service for the technical health of a specific live production system, and Advisory ($5,000–$12,000 / month), senior guidance for teams doing the building themselves.
That is a common situation, and it has its own offer: Adoption, a fixed-fee program of $20,000–$60,000 over 6–10 weeks. It works on whatever you already license, including Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, or a system someone else built, and does not require us to build anything. We baseline what is actually being used, write role-specific playbooks, run working sessions with each function on their own live work, leave a usage policy people will read, and re-measure against the baseline. Operate covers the technical health of a specific live production system; Adoption covers human workflow, usage, and realized value. Some organizations need both, but neither silently includes the other. If a team does not move, that goes in the report.
You do. We deliver systems into your environment and hand over the working setup, documentation, and knowledge, built so your team keeps running it, including through staff turnover.
Data handling is the first thing we assess. We review model-training terms, retention and deletion, data processing agreements, sub-processors, and where data is stored and processed. We work within your contractual and compliance requirements. Start with AI without breaking client confidentiality.
