Neither by default. Project work is fixed-fee by phase. Ongoing Advisory is available as a retainer if you want senior guidance across the program, but it is optional.

We review model-training terms, retention and deletion, data processing agreements, sub-processors, and where data is stored and processed — and yes, we work within your contractual and compliance requirements.
